Madewell Products Limited, a company incorporated in February 1987 and Madewell Garment Limited 2012.

Built and own a cement import terminal with installed capacity currently 3,200 metric tons per day in 50-kilogram bags, excluding bulk trucks and jumbo bags of 1 – 1.5 tons capacities, with estimated annual production in the region of 1 (one) million metric tons.

Madewell embarked on greenfield (10) ten million metric tons of (6) six clinker lines with its own power plant of 100 MW and a 60 KM railway line from the factory to the Calabar port of Cross River State, Nigeria.

With a license for Limestone and Iron Ore covering a total area of 73 KM SQ with an estimated mineral reserve in the region of 226 million metric tons
Limestone and Iron Ore in the region of 80 million tons with a market value of USD 3 billion.

Madewell Products Limited, Producers of Madewell Portland Cement brand was incorporated and commenced business since 1987. Constructed its own cement import terminal and engaged in cement processing in 50KG bags in year 2002 with annual production capacity of one million tons per year. In year 2008
they obtain cement import license of 500,000 tons.

Madewell Garment Limited (MGL) was incorporated to take advantage of the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA)  to embark on the garment and Apparel production for export to the US market. Prefabricated metallic building was financed by the US Exim bank but Nigerian Development and deposit money banks refused to activate this project secure licenses and all necessary permits and EIA were obtained.

Madewell was engage in the energy industry and entered into joint
venture with an American firm and incorporated MADEWELL-PLSAR
ENERGY AFRICA LIMITED, with sole aim of generating electricity with
zero carbon, zero oxide & zero Sulphur to earn carbon credit.

Madewell own fleets of trucks for haulage of cement for distributive activities before setting up own factory from Port Harcourt Eagle cement and Rock cement to various cities.
In southern and eastern region of Nigeria before transporting
her own cement.

Madewell also champions Industrialization Summit Group Nisa via the incorporation of African Agroindustrial zones Limited, to drive the special Agro-Industrial Processing zones SAPC of the African Development Banks AFDB to improve the industrial policy of President Muhamadu Buhari of lifting 100 million Nigerians out of poverty in 10 years. Prince David Iweta was appointed as the National
Chairman.

Prince David Okpako Iweta is a leading Nigerian Industrialist. He founded Madewell Group in 1987 after a long and successful career in Accounting.

The Group has grown in leaps and bounds and now includes interests in Cement, Garment and Shoe manufacturing, Textile, Cotton, Housing, Power generation, Oil and Gas.

Prince David is the current Chairman of Cement Producers Association of Nigeria, Delta Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, Sapele Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture as well as the National Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce.

He is a leading proponent of African economic empowerment and is currently leading efforts into the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Africa in providing jobs and improving the living standards of Africans.
