NTUFAM FIDEL UGBO (ESQ.)
Ntufam Fidel Ugbo (Esq.) has BSc, MSc, LLB, BL, PNM, MNIM, and FIDR. He retired from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in the executive cadre. He was a Commissioner for Finance, Secretary to the Government of Cross River State, Executive Secretary National Planning Commission and Secretary, National Economic Council at the Presidency.
His experiences therefore span from a tutor, a Central Banker, an administrator, a public servant, and currently a practicing lawyer/Alternative Dispute Resolution Practitioner. He has also served in several government agencies and parastatals at both state and federal levels, either as chairman or board members, to which he made effective contributions to the growth of these agencies and Parastatals.
He served concurrently as Executive Secretary of Nigeria’s National Planning Commission and Secretary, Nigeria’s National Economic Council in the Presidency. In these capacities, he effectively coordinated Nigeria’s National Integrated Infrastructure Master Plan as well as the National Mid-Term Report of the administration under which he served. Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of a Financial Services Company, Century Recovery Services Limited.
He is widely travelled and has attended several international workshops, courses, seminars, symposia, and conferences. He brings his experiences from all these sojourns to bear on his contribution to building the development and management of the company.

Prior to his education at the University of Lagos, he studied Overseas, first in Dublin, the Republic of Ireland and Southern Alberta Institute of Technology Canada in Thermal and Power Engineering Disciplines. Rose Emobome Iweta, Esq is Nigerian Lawyer with a dedication to Law Practice, Lecturing, Social Entrepreneurship in international context. She holds a National Diploma in Law, LL. B in Law and a Master’s in Law from the Prestigious University of Benin, Edo State, Nigeria. She attended the Nigerian Law School where she obtained a Bachelors of Law Degree and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Rose Iweta is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, (AICMC). In her early career, she served in the Ministry of Justice, Edo State under the Legal Drafting Department for one (1) year. She was appointed a Junior Associate for three (3) years in OTA Chambers and one (1) year at the law firm of T.A Akahome & Co.
She also worked for three (3) years at the law firm of Ese Gam & Associates, Sapele, Delta State, Nigeria focusing in almost every facet or section of the law which includes Human Right Enforcement, Corporate Law, Land law, Business Law, Property Law and in addition established her own law firm, R.E. Iweta & Co. situated in Sapele, Delta State, Nigeria where she serves as the Principal and Managing Solicitor of the law firm. VINCENT NEHIKHARE
Mr Vincent Nehikhare was born in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. He attended Eghosa Grammar School, Benin City for his secondary school education. He later proceeded to Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi, were he obtained the Ordinary National Diploma (OND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy.
Mr Nehikhare is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI), Fellow of Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered) (FNIM), with over 30 years post qualifying experience in professional Accounting, Taxation and Management practice.
He worked with Maaji and Co Chartered Accountants as Manager in the Kano office, and Akintola William Deloitte Chartered Accountants (also in Kano) between 1984 and 1993. He was a Team Lead in several Audit, Accounting and Management Consulting engagements at several bluechip companies within and outside the country Mr. Nehikhare was one of the foundation staff at the then Oil Mineral Producing Areas Development Commission (OMPADEC) Port Harcourt now Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) between 2003 and 2006 and left thereafter to establish his firm – Vincent Nehikhare & Co., Chartered Accountants. The firm has since merged with UHY Maaji and Co., with international affiliation. He has attended several top-flight professional courses, trainings, seminars and workshops within Nigeria and abroad and has equally presented quality papers in world class conferences.
Mr Nehikhare was the Managing Director (between 2001 to 2011) at Eastern Bulkcem Company Limited (Eagle Cement), Port Harcourt, Nigeria; a cement company where he grew the annual sales turnover from N15 Billion to N25 Billion within the period he was there. While at Eagle Cement, he brought in a lot of innovations and undertook some debottlenecking and expansion of facilities at the plant to increase the output which culminated in the increased sales turnover. He attended a lot of International Cement Conferences in USA, China, UK, Denmark, and Turkey. Mr Nehikhare is a product of FL Smidth’s Cement Technology Institute, where he attended a one-month Cement Production Seminar in 2004 on modern cement production technology. He is presently the Managing Partner of the Port Harcourt Office of UHY Maaji and Co. Chartered Accountants. He is married with four lovely children.
MRS. FEGO ADAJA
Mrs. Fego is a Chartered Accountant with over nine (9) years working experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
As a seasoned financial advisor, she helped provide advisory services to clients on financial risk management, financial policy & procedures, budgeting, forecasting, monitoring and evaluation, etc., including UNICEF, UNDP, Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation (OAGF). She also led the team that strengthened the accounting and finance functions for the Bank of Agriculture (BoA) and Grant Administrator delivery of the Stand-Alone Component of a Rural Electrification Agency (REA) project.
She is particularly interested in working with start-ups to set up effective and efficient finance functions and processes and have done same with over 5 start-ups in Abuja. Also, she has over the course of her career, built expertise in strategic planning, organizational operations management and project management. She was engaged by the Horse Racing Federation of Nigeria (HRFN) as the Head of Secretariat where she designed and spearheaded the functioning of the administrative functioning of the organization.
Engr. Emmanuel Tivere Iweta
Engr. Emmanuel Tivere Iweta is a Nigerian Serial entrepreneur with a passion to contribute to society through creating innovative solutions to solve everyday problems in Africa and the global community. He holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Teesside, United Kingdom, and has undertaken various business programs across the globe. Mr. Akinwande Tunde is the Managing Director of Afri Metals Trading Limited, a prominent firm specializing in mining contracts, particularly with major coal and cement manufacturers in Nigeria.
